Dock

Heritage Landings offers 950 linear feet of community dock with a maximum of 14 vessels. Maximum allowed vessel length overall (incl. engines) is 50 feet.

HLA’s Dock is a common element. Owners and tenants may submit an application to moor a vessel at the community dock (link below). No dock space is deeded to any unit. All use of the dock is subject to approval of the Board of Directors and HLA’s Dock Rules and Regulations (link below).

Any vessel moored at the Heritage Landings Dock without express written approval from the Board of Directors will be immediately seized/towed at the owner’s expense. It is the responsibility of every vessel owner to review and comply with all Association rules before attempting to moor a vessel.

NO DOCK SPACE IS DEEDED TO ANY UNIT.

HLA Dock Use Application and Agreement:

All vessel owners must submit a complete Dock Use Application and receive approval from the Board of Directors before attempting to moor any vessel at the Association’s dock. HLA Dock Use Tenant Addendum must accompany any dock use application by a tenant vessel owner. Must be signed by Landlord and Tenant.
